After years of collecting wine and working in tech, Cat has swapped the corporate world for a life filled with wine and cheese — and she's loving it. With a WSET Level 3 certification and a well-travelled palate, she’s spent years exploring food and wine from around the world. She’s also worked as a cheesemonger at some of London’s top cheese shops, including La Fromagerie and Paxton & Whitfield, and is currently studying to become a Master of Cheese with the Academy of Cheese. These days, Cat runs fun wine and cheese pop-ups around London and curates artisanal cheese boards for special events — all while working towards opening her own wine bar in North London.​

Cat has 20 years of experience  in leadership, sales, commercial strategy, digital media, building and managing teams, business development and partnership management. She's collected and studied wine, tasted and studied cheese, sustainability, business, and overall loves to hold space for all to learn, have fun and be inspired.
